Chum Sut martial arts academy is based in Lisburn delivering a variety of mixed martial arts and fitness classes for adult and children. Types of martial styles that we teach include, submission wrestling, grappling, self defence, brazilian jiu-jitsu, filipino (kali), wing chun and kickboxing. We have also included into Chum Sut's timetable a range of conditioning classes including the use of Kettlebells. Chum Sut is the only club in Northern Ireland delivering the Erik Paulson’s Coach affiliation development program. Chum Sut was founded by Thomas Lamont, head coach in 1993. Tom has over thirty years experience delivering many forms of martial arts to students and coaches from across the world. He is available for seminars and 1-2-1 private martial arts coaching in the areas of Lisburn and Belfast.
